Reset & Rise is an 8-week guided challenge designed to help you reset your rhythm, rebuild supportive habits, and move forward with clarity and consistency.
Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll move through fortnightly focus areas - think training, nutrition, mindset, and self-love allowing you to build awareness and confidence in each area without pressure.
Alongside this, you’ll have the option to take part in fun, achievable mini-task's each week to keep momentum high, encourage consistency, and make the process feel motivating rather than restrictive.
This challenge focuses on:
- building consistency without pressure
- creating structure that fits your real life
- strengthening your relationship with training and nutrition
- developing awareness, confidence and momentum that lasts
You’ll be guided through training, nutrition, mindset, and reflection with support from your coaches and the TEC community every step of the way.
