What is  Reset & Rise?
Reset & Rise is an 8-week guided challenge designed to help you reset your rhythm, rebuild supportive habits, and move forward with clarity and consistency.


Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll move through fortnightly focus areas - think training, nutrition, mindset, and self-love allowing you to build awareness and confidence in each area without pressure.


Alongside this, you’ll have the option to take part in fun, achievable mini-task's each week to keep momentum high, encourage consistency, and make the process feel motivating rather than restrictive.


This challenge focuses on:

  • strengthening your relationship with training and nutrition
  • developing awareness, confidence and momentum that lasts


You’ll be guided through training, nutrition, mindset, and reflection with support from your coaches and the TEC community every step of the way.

A personalised meal plan and macro targets tailored to you, your goals, and your preferences. Up to 7 days of meals with macros included, updated every 4 weeks. Supportive, realistic nutrition that works in real life.


Challenge-Specific Training Program

A structured, strength-based training program designed to build confidence and consistency. Gym or home options, beginner to advanced levels, with 3- or 5-day splits and 45–60 minute workouts. Clear instructions and video demos so you always know exactly what to do.
